Information Collected.
- While visiting any of the TSA Search web pages (collectively, the “Site”), we may ask you to register and/or provide information that personally identifies you (“Personal Information”) for purposes of interacting with the Site. Such Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, fax number, street address, and e-mail address. On any page that collects Personal Information, we will specifically describe what information is required in order to provide you with the product or service, as well as respond to your inquiry or comment.

- Except as described in this privacy policy, we do not disclose information about your personal information that you provide, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card number, personal references, etc., to any outside parties, except when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to; comply with law, or to protect the rights, property or safety TSA , our users, or others. We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf for hosting our web servers. These other companies may have access to your personal information as necessary to perform their functions, but they may not share that information with any third party.
Personally Identifiable Information.
- TSA Search will collect personally identifiable information when a resume is posted. All users should be aware that when they voluntarily display or distribute personal information (such as their e-mail address), that information can be collected and used by others. Such as using a “Referral” or an “Email this to a Friend” feature. This may result in unsolicited messages form third parties, for which TSA is not responsible.
Uses of Personally Identifying information.
- Personal information submitted will be used for no purpose other than securing employment with the advertised confidential client employer. When submitting “Email this to a Friend ” feature users are asked to supply their friend’s name and email address to automatically send the friend a one-time email version of the job. We receive the friend’s personally identifying information solely for the purpose of sending the information, and we do not presently store the information after the email is sent.
Party Collecting the Information.
- This Privacy Policy only addresses the use and dissemination of information that we collect from you. To the extent that you disclose any information to other parties, whether through, for example: online job postings, resume postings, corporate profile postings, discussion areas or chat rooms, instant messenger, email discussion lists, or the like, through third party services or promotions offered through other web sites throughout the Internet, different policies may apply and TSA shall not be responsible for the use or dissemination of such information.
Effective Date and Changes.
- This Privacy Policy is effective as of March 9, 2015. TSA reserves the right to modify the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time and at our sole discretion. If we decide to change the Privacy Policy for TSA , we will post those changes here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone. Your continued use of the Site following our posting of a change notice will constitute binding acceptance of those changes.
